是被Kevin Nash（凯文·纳什）打破的，那是WCW 1998年12月27日的Starrcade大赛上，Goldberg（高柏）和Kevin Nash（凯文·纳什）打了一场世界重量级冠军赛，Nash（纳什）在多人的帮助下，最终击败了Goldberg（高柏），成为了新任世界重量级冠军，更是打破了Goldberg（高柏）的173场连胜纪录~
而Goldberg（高柏）是在2004年正式退役的，当时他已经在WWE了，他一场比赛是和Brock Lesnar（布洛克·莱斯纳）在WrestleMania 20（摔角狂热）上的对决，那场比赛过后，他们两人都双双离开了WWE，Goldberg（高柏）离开的主要原因是和WWE高层不合，但其实他也没有正式宣布过退役，但确实在04年之后就没有参加过比较大型的摔角赛事了~

John Cena（约翰塞纳）一直都比较受争议，因为很多人都觉得Cena的招式十分公式化，而且比赛很无聊，每次比赛几乎都是先一直处于被打状态，中间穿插他的招牌五招，应该说四招，因为的AA一般无法连贯用出来，然后继续被打，突然爆发一个AA或STF赢得比赛胜利，很多人对他的这种公式化比赛感到不满，所以其实他一直很具争议性，也有很多人喜欢他，所以他的每场比赛几乎都能听到两种声音，“Let’s Go Cena”（加油塞纳）和“Cena Sucks”（塞纳很烂），而今年又因为WWE最具影响力的传奇巨星The Rock（洛克）的客串回归，使得Cena（塞纳）被嘘的情况更加加重，毕竟The Rock（洛克）的影响力的确不可小看的，其实这样的情况持续几年了，所以不必在意的，只是当时The Rock（洛克）是WrestleMania 27（摔角狂热）的主持人，所以当时的情况更加严重一些而已~
